Classical Greek civilisation spread by colonies and many of these adopted their own unique forms of government. It was a time when everything was tried from tyranny to democracy.
Crypto is reproducing that experiment by creating Distributed Autonomous Organisations (DAO) that shun centralisation and seek to empower their citizen members.

TLDR; it is tough challenge and both predictable and unpredictable mistakes will be made. However lessons are being learnt and tools built to that offer hope that some DAOs will find a route to long lasting success.
