“Following the release of the iPhone 5, many businesses have reported that they are at the wrong location.

We strongly recommend that they move to their correct Apple Maps location as soon as possible.

Although Apple have a strong patent portfolio in this area we will not take action against businesses who move to their correct location within 30 days of the release of Apple Maps in their territory”
