I have just purchased an HP Stream 13 to review for use in a school environment by teachers and students.

It is a low spec machine optimised for use with Office 365. So far I am very impressed. It is delivered with Windows 8.1 and will review again after I have upgraded it to Windows 10.

Notes so far

• Performance with Office 365 is excellent
• IE 11 is noticably slower in general use than Firefox. I have not tested Chrome because its higher resource usage may make it unsuitable for use on this resource limited machine.
• Using Firefox allows me to install AdBlock Plus. This greatly increases page load speed when browsing the general internet.

I will update this post regularly as I get more experience.
