I take the pain so you don’t have to. Outlook for Android  does not work well.

I drank the Microsoft Koolaid of “Office on any device” and moved all my email accounts on my Android phone from the stock email client over to the Outlook App.

This has many faults
* html in emails does not scale or reflow correctly
* tapping a contact in an email does not allow you to phone them
* security policies do not seem to be applied by default (we probably need Intune)

Recommendation, use stock email and calendar applications on all phones.

Note. Android 5.02 (Lollipop) has known issues with ActiveSync servers (ie Exchange). On my Glaxay Alpha it contributes to the Recent Apps button not working after the Lollipop upgrade.
