When using Firefox the screen frequently fails to refresh and black pixels appear everywhere. It is also not possible to tear-off a tab to a second monitor.

Others have had this issue and blame the Intel graphics card in the Surface. This is probably true given all the other well known issues the Surface 4 Pro has had since launch.
