For many years I have used and loved Freemind for Mindmapping. Unfortunately it uses Java and on my Microsoft Surface with a Displaylink dock the rendering is now horrible.

I have given up trying to make it look nice and I am now trialling the free version of XMind. It claims Hdpi support and the ability to read .mm files.
